Smoothie Recipes for an Instant Healthy Breakfast

A healthy breakfast is essential to start the day with nutrients to sustain your body. Yet many people skip breakfast or eat foods that are not nutritious. Soy protein smoothies are a quick and simple way to start your day with the proper nutrients for a healthy you, and can be a very quick breakfast to prepare. Here are a few quick recipes that can become your instant breakfast:

  • Fruity Milk Shake: Put in a blender 8 oz of Non-Fat Milk (or soy milk), 1/3 or ½ of a banana, 2 Tablespoons Herbalife formula #1 vanilla soy protein powder, 4-6 ice cubes (optional). Blend in blander and pour in glass to enjoy.
